Our furnace stopped working yesterday. We've had a maintenance agreement with Harriman Heating for some time, so we called them for help. They sent two technicians, Josh and Jon, within a couple of hours. They diagnosed the problem and gave us very informative quotes on replacing our failed furnace with a high efficiency furnace. Today, Jay and Mike came out and installed the new furnace -- a whole day's work, taking out the old system, replacing things that hadn't been done correctly on the old installation, and getting our heat going again. We have been going to Harriman for heating and cooling needs for years now. Mostly just maintenance. But they have put in a new water heater for us and this time replaced our furnace and A/c which were in a dangerous state of age. They are professional, courteous and do a fantastic job. Jesse and Alex got everything installed and got our heat back on pretty darn fast for such a huge job. I'm extremely happy with Harriman and will continue to send my business their way.Services: Cleaning

Just had Harriman's out here today and I am very pleased with their services. I appreciated Harriman's calling me to confirm the appointment and also to let me know when my service tech was 15 minutes out. Josh and Avery came out for a regular scheduled cleaning and service of my HVAC system and they were very thorough, friendly, professional and efficient with their trip. They explained everything going on with my system, additional options that they have to offer and what would be best for my situation. I would definitely recommend their business and I will be using again in the future.Services: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
