I scheduled an annual cleaning. I was very satisfied with Mitch, the technician. He inspected and cleaned my furnace, and found no problems. He pointed out a couple thing I could do to keep the furnace running properly. He mentioned one or two additional services that Harriman could provide, but he didn't push me to buy anything extra. He was very friendly and explained things so that I could actually understand. It's important to me to have a company/technician that I can trust. I will continue using Harriman for all of my HVAC needs.
