“Woke up to a furnace problem on a 2 degrees morning , called a few places, Denmark was the only company to answer. Talked to Samantha who was very helpful and was able to squeeze us in that day. She kept us updated throughout the day of his eta. Cass was our technician, and he couldn't have been better. Talked to us about several issues we had and answered MANY questions very patiently. When he was done, the furnace is running better than it has in a few years. Wish we would have called earlier. Denmark is now our preferred H & C company and we will request Cass every time. Thanks for the help!“

Kevin and the crew are a rare breed - so genuinely nice to work with. They were closed for a legal holiday but when I explained my issue to Matt he patiently walked me through troubleshooting the issue for over a half hour without billing anything. I ended up scheduling him to come out next week for maintenance but I'm still blown away that he spent over a half hour with me, someone who's never used their service and at that point was not a customer.“

“Highly recommend - amazing customer focus and care. My furnace suddenly went out in 10-20 degree weather, and was desperate to find a same day appointment to have it fixed. Out of all the HVAC companies I called, Stewart Heating and Cooling was the most professional and most eager to help. Brian was able to walk me through some quick troubleshooting steps over the phone, and once we isolated the issue to a non functional small part with the gas valve- he graciously squeezed me in on an already full schedule.Once he arrived, he provided a detailed explanation of the issue, offered different solutions, and got me back up and running within 30 minutes. I will definitely be calling back for any future HVAC needs!“
