We had a great experience with Ehlers, Mike (after hours/on-call), Sydnie (dispatcher), and Jesse N (on-site service technician). We had brown out conditions from the July 3 storm that stressed our AC and took it down the next day (Saturday and a major holiday). I was able to easily schedule a service appointment online for the “first available“ appointment on Monday. I received prompt text communication from Mike after scheduling the appointment on Saturday evening inquiring if I needed immediate assistance and offering to get someone out the next day if needed.
