My house is 5 years young and my Carrier thermostat failed. I have no idea why? I searched the web and found that I could order the exact OEM replacement part from Technical Hot & Cold. Ordering the exact part using their website was very easy and fast. The price of the part was very reasonable and I would be able to received the part in 1-2 days. I live in FL and the product was shipped from MS. I was able to use UPS tracking and the product came in the second day without a problem.
