Rob and his team came out to give us a second opinion on our broken furnace when were told by another company it was unrepairable and needed to be replaced. Rob was able to properly diagnose the issues and orderd the part right away. He had one of his guys come out to finish the repair as he had a scheduled appointment with someone. They fixed my furnace and gave us heat back in less than 2 hours! I cannot recommend this company enough! I will call them for all of our future heating and cooling needs! Such honest and trustworthy people!

Five stars for IDC! We already use them for regular maintenance, but they went above and beyond for a recent after-hours emergency. Our AC went out in the summer heat, and the owner, Rob, responded incredibly fast to get it repaired. Excellent customer service!
