Five stars for IDC! We already use them for regular maintenance, but they went above and beyond for a recent after-hours emergency. Our AC went out in the summer heat, and the owner, Rob, responded incredibly fast to get it repaired. Excellent customer service! Rob clearly explained the problem and solution, as well as suggesting tips to maintain and prevent future issues. I will always refer Rob and his team for any HVAC needs.

Rob, the owner, and his entire staff are amazing to work with! Their work is second to none and their prices are as affordable as can be for such a high quality licensed and insured company! They do so much work for my clients, and me, in Ann Arbor, all of Washtenaw County anywhere I need them in southeast Michigan. They are genuine, authentic and compassionate people. Don't forget that IDC Heating and Cooling is also the best company to hire for water heater repairs and replacements.
