Can’t say enough good things about Ted and his working partner. I have a three zone boiler that was very complicated. They had no problem understanding and replacing the system and it looks like a work of art when they were finished.Thank you Crain.

We've used them for a few years now and they've always done great job with fair price. They installed a split unit for us and we more always use them for maintenance. Were just here again today and the guy was, as always, professional and helpful with suggestions.Services: HVAC system maintenance

I called upon Crain to install a 5-inch filter unit onto an existing (relatively new) furnace to improve air filtration in my home. They were prompt and on-time for the installation. I felt the price was reasonable.Unfortunately, the installation did not meet my (admittedly) high standards. A part of the duct work that should have been replaced wasn't - and excess silicone caulk was used to fill large gaps. I'm a stickler for a job done really well - and I always let contractors know this up-front (charge me extra if needed - just do it right).I'm giving five stars for the follow up.
