“My house is 5 years young and my Carrier thermostat failed. I have no idea why? I searched the web and found that I could order the exact OEM replacement part from Technical Hot & Cold. Ordering the exact part using their website was very easy and fast. The price of the part was very reasonable and I would be able to received the part in 1-2 days. I live in FL and the product was shipped from MS. I was able to use UPS tracking and the product came in the second day without a problem. I did call their service desk to confirm that they had my order only because I am nervous by nature. The folks at the service desk was polite and reassuring that everything is okay. “Woke up to a furnace problem on a 2 degrees morning , called a few places, Denmark was the only company to answer. Talked to Samantha who was very helpful and was able to squeeze us in that day. She kept us updated throughout the day of his eta. Cass was our technician, and he couldn't have been better. Talked to us about several issues we had and answered MANY questions very patiently. When he was done, the furnace is running better than it has in a few years. Wish we would have called earlier. Denmark is now our preferred H & C company and we will request Cass every time. Thanks for the help!“
