“Water heater went out over the weekend. Called Andy on Monday morning and he was out at my house within about an hour of the phone call. Andy diagnosed the problem and gave me options to repair or replace the old water heater. I went with the replace option and Andy came back the very next day and replaced the water heater with a new unit. Andy was FANTASTIC to work with, left the area cleaner than it was when he first arrived, was prompt and did a fantastic job. “I called on a Friday night about 10:00pm because my furnace was out. Jeff, the owner, picked up and we discussed what my furnace was doing and made an appointment for Saturday morning. He showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem and repaired the furnace. I should also mention that he did this while working around a family birthday celebration. His company also did a water heater for me a few years ago with good results. I will definitely use his services again if the need arises,“

“It was Saturday, Labor Day weekend when my blower fan motor burned out. Great, no A/C and outside temps were skyrocketing to upper 80’s and 90’s. Tried calling several different HVAC companies. But everything went to voicemail.Bad luck for me, it was Labor Day weekend.Since it was Labor Day weekend, no one was answering their phones until I called High Comfort Heating-n-Cooling.Sam answered.Talked with Sam and was able to make my appointment on the Tuesday, after Labor Day.Upon inspection, Sam confirmed the blower fan motor was bad and found several cracks in the heat exchanger to my 23-year-old furnace. He even did a show and tell, removing the existing heat exchanger, and showing me a minimum of 7 cracks. Not good.It was time for a new furnace.Two days later Sam replaced my furnace with a Bryant 70,000 btu two stages with a variable speed motor.The reason I waited four months before writing a review is simple, I wanted to see how my brand-new Bryant furnace worked. Happy to say it’s working great!I’m also happy to share that Sam did a great job from start-to-finish. He identified what was wrong, what needed to be done, and eventually finished the job, putting in my new furnace.Total install took just over 2 ½ hours and afterwards did a thorough job cleaning up.So yes, I was very satisfied with the quality of Sam’s work and extremely happy with High Comfort Heating-n-Cooling.So, if you’re still reading this and you’re on the bubble whether to pick one company over another.I get it.And, if you’re like me, you’re probably asking yourself, is this company honest, fair, reputable, or not.Again, I get it.So, know, if you or a friend, or even a relative, have any HVAC needs coming up in the near future,Here's what l can say for certain.Sam did right by me.“

“I had called DTE about furnace issues, this company came out, told me what was wrong, explained my options. They called prior to the appointment to let me know they were coming. Called March 13th to get an appt to get the new furnace, figured a two week wait, but was able to get in the same week, they called before getting here and got here earlier than expected.
