We cannot recommend Mark (Kim and Jennifer in the office!) and Oakley Heating & Cooling enough. Mark is not only extremely knowledgable in his craft, but he's fast and hilarious to boot. We wouldn't dream of taking our business anywhere else for all our heating and cooling needs. We just had a tricky situation with our hot water heater that involved poor plumbing done by the condo we live in. Mark diagnosed the issue immediately, walked us through what was needed, and was spot on with the repair.The office calls to give a window of time, and they are ALWAYS on time and so communicative. Mark and his company are outstanding. I’ve used him for a few projects. Each time, he is quick to come out, is always on time, and is fair with his pricing.
