Moved into a new home a little over a year ago and our old AC unit had always struggled to maintain a decent temperature in the summer. Proficient Heating and Cooling came out to diagnose the issue and we decided to go with a whole new AC installation. I couldn’t be happier with the decision. Quentin was very responsive, and got someone out there to check out my ac unit the same day! When we found out we would need a new unit, he got us booked quickly and with a fair price. His employees, Cole and Chris, were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. As someone who does not understand this stuff, Cole was able to explain things to me at a level I understood, and give tips for proper maintenance. Will not hesitate to call them again should the need arise!
