It was an overall very good experience, from the scheduling to the fixing of the issue. Mathew did a great job with explaining what the issue was and my options of repairing it. Mathew installed the new part and cleaned up, even offered to clean the floor under the washer when he pulled it out. I will definitely use AAA Service again.Service: Washing machine repair
