I would highly recommend this place. They were able to send out someone the day of my call to diagnose the issue and two days later a team was out to replace my furnace. When we discovered that I also needed a new central air unit (not fun), the team did not hesitate to help. 8 hours later all the work was complete and although I was not happy to replace everything, I got a good deal with really good workers. Can’t say enough good things about the two Jessy’s (one does use an “I”, but I’m told we blame his mother for that).
My experience was wonderful. My only concern was that there was a mixup in the scheduling. I had taken off the day, they were supposed to be here between 8 AM and 12 PM, I get a call at 10:30 AM saying that there was a scheduling problem and they had to reschedule me.
Jessie was an amazing technician. We were very impressed that he was able to fix our washer without removing the dryer on top of the washer. He knew exactly what the issue was and had it fixed in no time. Jessie was very friendly and personable. We would recommend him to everyone!
