It was Saturday, Labor Day weekend when my blower fan motor burned out. Great, no A/C and outside temps were skyrocketing to upper 80’s and 90’s. Tried calling several different HVAC companies. But everything went to voicemail.Bad luck for me, it was Labor Day weekend.Since it was Labor Day weekend, no one was answering their phones until I called High Comfort Heating-n-Cooling.Sam answered.Talked with Sam and was able to make my appointment on the Tuesday, after Labor Day.Upon inspection, Sam confirmed the blower fan motor was bad and found several cracks in the heat exchanger to my 23-year-old furnace. Sam of High Comfort has been wonderful. He came right out January 2022 to install a humidifier on our existing furnace and later put in an entirely new furnace and AC which I am just having service done on now. That's how well the HVAC (Bryant) he installed is working! But I realized every HVAC system needs service so despite having no problems Sam is back servicing the system. Another great trait of Sam's is that he always answers the phone even at 6am this morning when I told him there was no light around the furnace. I intended just to leave a message but Sam answered! Great service, well-run company.
