Long Plumbing helped us out of a major last minute situation today. I called the office at 4:30 on a Friday. Diane answered the phone and was so kind even trying to give me tips to fix the situation myself. Ultimately we decided I needed a plumber and she said she would try her best to find somebody who could come out today. Within 15 minutes we got a call from Jeff and he was at our home 30 minutes later. Jeff was so pleasant and professional. He had all necessary equipment with him. Spoke with Ashley at the Northville showroom this morning 02--4-2026 i explain my 40 gal bradford gas water heater was leaking she assure me a plumber would be out today between 12pm and 4 pm he would call first around 145 am i got the call .
Paul and his helper showed up rady to work Paul has don several projects for us super nice plumber repersenting Long heating and plumbing. He and his co worker wasted no time from start to finish they had the old hotwater heat out and installed the new on in about 45 mins also found out i had a slow leaking gas valve which also was replaced .
