I cannot recommend Newbury Park Dental highly enough.
I come from a family of dentists — my father is a dentist, and my sister is a Harvard- and UCLA-trained dentist — so I have a pretty strong baseline for what honest, thoughtful dental care should look like. I grew up in a dental office and know how a well run practice with dentist who care.
Before finding Newbury Park Dental, I went to another dentist in the Conejo Valley who told me I needed eight fillings. That did not sound right to me, so I sent the X-rays to my sister. Her response was basically: “I would not fill any of those.”
I then went to Newbury Park Dental for another opinion, and they agreed with my sister. That told me everything I needed to know.
Since then, they have treated me and my family like family. The twins and the associate dentist are thoughtful, kind, honest, and technically excellent. They take the time to explain things, they do not push unnecessary treatment, and they clearly care about doing the right thing for their patients.
If you are looking for an honest, talented, and highly skilled dental office, I would recommend Newbury Park Dental to anyone.

Brought in my '24 WRX to get wrapped and the guys were so kind and helpful through out the whole process. They continued to give me updates throughout the whole process and even had a comfortable waiting area for when I had to wait for a ride. All in all I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. These guys took care of it like it was their baby.
Jonelle is amazing! She is such an artist and shapes such beautiful eyebrows. She spends her time and makes them perfect. She also is an aesthetician and gives such amazing facials! You must try her!

Courtland Painting exceeded our expectations.
We got several estimates to paint our one-story Thousand Oaks home and thought our best chance for success was to go with Chad, owner of Courtland Painting and Color Design, and boy did we hit pay dirt! You see, we wanted to change over to a California coastal look with light neutral colors from dark mushroom stucco with brown engineered stone.
We felt Chad had a keen eye for color and after he applied several test paint patches to the stucco, viola we knew what we wanted.
But what to do with that dark stone? Chad was the only painter who had a real plan. He introduced us to a “lime wash” process no other painters told us about. He was able to change the stone color before our eyes and we got exactly what we wanted. Let him explain the process as we can’t do it justice.
Picky friends suggested Courtland Painting and boy we're glad they did. We checked the state’s website and Courtland Painting was licensed and we felt his painters were top notch. We had an excellent experience and will use Courtland again when we paint the interior of our home.

I've been to a few other so-called salons in Westlake Village and they can't even cut hair with layers I've tried each place at least 3 to 4 times and it's awful each time and very very expensive. BOTB Jessica, Let me come in same day after work to look at my hair and give me suggestions and we ended up doing my favorite layered butterfly cut and it came out perfect. There's no other place like this around, Great products great prices nice friendly atmosphere and service! I will be coming here for the rest of my days! ?
Goddess Beauty Salon is a stellar little gem in TO. Kaity is amazing and a master of color (natural and the not so natural) and she's one of the few people I've found that really know how to do short hair. The vibe of the salon is laid back and pretty, and I absolutely love the mix of stylists that do all types of hair and services.

I’ve been coming to Stephanie for a few months now and she is amazing. Prior to coming to Stephanie I was been getting highlights every few months and my hair was becoming very brittle. I stopped getting my hair done regularly so it could heal. When I first met Stephanie, we talked about what I wanted my hair to look like and what she could do to keep it from becoming brittle. She made me feel comfortable and informed about getting highlights again. I’ve done the keratin treatment with Stephanie and that has made my hair look fabulous. I use to take an hour doing my hair and now it takes 10 minutes. She is very thorough and I’m always excited to come and get my hair done. Ok, found Crystal a few years ago, got home from my first haircut and shave with her, the girlfriend said "she cuts your hair from now on". Needless to say she's been my go-to ever since. Fast forward, here we are now 3-4 years later, and Crystal is my go to, she came to my wedding and lined everyone out from 2 years old to 70! She is now a friend, and I highly recommend her. She is professional, personal, and a true artist of her craft.

Logan did a great job shaving my head with a straight razor. He's very skilled and nice to chat with. He was actually a couple of minutes early for my appointment. This was, hopefully, a one time deal to get back to a shaved head after my stitches healed. If I could afford it I would have him shave my head a couple of times a week. But this was a very enjoyable luxury just to get me back to being able to shave my own head again.
I came in as a walk in and Paige took me in, she was patient as I wasn't sure what wanted as a hair cut and just did great work on explaining and cutting the hair how I wanted, I really appreciate it and will definitely be coming here from now on great vibes for sure.
I had a great experience at Feather Fades! The website to book appointments is super clear and easy to use, I'm really happy with the end result, but I think the private space is what really sets this haircut experience apart from most others. I loved the one-on-one interaction, Heather is super friendly and easy to communicate your haircut needs with, and at no point did I ever feel that haircut anxiety of being pushed into things I was unsure of. She's always super mindful of boundaries and clearly explains what she's doing. I told her that I had learned more about my hair in this one session than in all my other haircuts! The space is clean, nicely decorated, and the overall vibes are very chill and positive. Will definitely be coming back - thanks, Heather!

Gloria cuts my 9 y/o son's hair and is the best. We've gone elsewhere with nowhere near the same quality/results. She engages him and makes sure he is part of the decision process as she works. He appreciates it and so do I.

What I love about this salon:
1. They are very clean, and use prepackaged tools and plastic wraps in the foot baths, so I always feel comfortable and protected.
2. They have a huge selection of colors and different types of polish, gel, bio gel, and dazzle dry. They always keep up with the latest trends and can do literally anything.
3. It feels like you're in a professional spa: There aren't TVs so you can close your eyes and listen to the calm music and really relax. Or be on your phone and just zone out, it's so nice. The massage chairs are my favorite!
What makes this place different is the services you can add to enhance your experience. Their custom scrubs and hot towels and massages are totally worth it. It really feels like a spa environment.
4. The prices are fair and don't surprise you. You know the prices upfront and they always confirm what you want before they start. It's transparent and reasonable. Especially for the effort they put into the work, it's totally worth it.
5. They are tech savvy. Online appointment booking, gift certificates and clear services and prices when you check in on their iPad.

I have tried other places with friends, and I always come back here because they are such a great team and the friendliest people and I can always count on being happy with my results.

I went in today at 1 o’clock for a walk-in pedicure ended up getting my manicure. The two girls that We’re working on me were amazing very keen to detail and very polite I had an ingrown that was cutting into my skin and they took it out and they were very sensitive to the pain that I have. I did schedule an appointment to go back in three weeks. They were also very quick. I was done within about an hour for a gel X manicure and pedicure. I will continue to come here thank you girls.

I recently visited Beauty Babes & Co. for lash extensions with Kristen, and I had such a great experience! Since it was my first time getting lash extensions, I was a little nervous about how they would look on me. Kristen listened to what I wanted and created a natural look that enhanced my lashes perfectly — subtle, but so pretty.

I lived in thousand oaks since 1963 and I’ve dealt with quite a few plumbers and drain cleaning services over the years. I hate to say it but there are a lot of dishonest companies out there and they will try and sell you more than you need. Conejo plumbers gave a quote over the phone that was lower than the other quotes I got. They did excellent work, they were on time and finished when they said they would. The owner is very hands on, I highly recommend him!

Use same company for regular service on the water heater and for all of our residential plumbing needs. I have been using Presto Plumbing for years. The owner Dorin has done multiple jobs for me though out the years from small jobs like shower valves, to big jobs like whole house being re-plumbed. All of his work has held up over the years showing the quality of his work. But also doesn't over charge for work being done. This guys is straight forward and honest with what needs to be done and what can wait. Would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a good plumber.
Had an ice box valve behind the refrigerator that needed replaced before a new refrigerator could be installed. Called a large plumbing organization and received an on-site estimate of $1,500. We considered this way out of line and contacted Rob England. After sending Rob photos of the job he gave us an over the phone estimate which he confirmed when he arrived on site (which was ¼ of the previous estimate we received from the other company). Rob was on-time, personable, knowledgeable, and very efficiently completed the job. Will definitely will use Rob again for our plumbing needs.

We were experiencing issues with the circuit breaker and it was getting annoying. The electrician identified the problem and easily fixed it. They were very helpful and explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was working fine.
A two- person crew from Fornoff came to install two custom interior hanging lamps from a 17’ ceiling height, and replace a faulty 3-way switch. They were on time, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and the price was reasonable given the difficulty of the job. I was very pleased with their work and would call them for any other electrical work.
We installed complete new 240-volt circuit with 50 amps from the main panel to the garage for our new EV charger, where we had to route a 50 amp line for 40 feet of finished wall. The electrician was able to retrieve the wire without having to break into a single area of drywall, and install the outlet in the correct position without using a weatherproof outlet box and program the electrician's charger to use power during off-peak rate hours. The permit was revoked, inspection of the work was carried out - and our (handcranked) electric vehicle will charge overnight without problems now.
I was in a real pinch, while talking care of a family members property. It was a Saturday and I had some security gates that would not close and they had no power to them. I called Eastman Electric In Camarillo. Brett came out and was there in under an hour, figured out the shorts. Got the repairs done and I was able to get on the road. Guy is a real lifesaver. I definitely will call him again when needed. I felt he was extremely reasonable. And all around good guy. Thank you Brett!!

Although they unfortunately had a cleaner call in sick unexpectedly the day of they were able to work through it and get a team out there on the spot just a few hours later. They got the job done and the home looks absolutely phenomenal. Richard (the owner) is one of the most responsive and communicative contractors I’ve ever worked with. He answers calls and texts quickly, provides clear updates, and genuinely cares about doing the job right.
We originally hired RGC to replace four brand-new nail-in windows and one slider due to interior water leaks in our townhouse. They completed the work flawlessly and efficiently. Because of how impressed we were, we later hired them to paint our home and replace our water heater — both projects were handled just as professionally.
A few months later, our upstairs windows (brand new Milgard windows) started leaking. Richard immediately came out to inspect. He coordinated with their supplier, Agoura Sash & Door, and even had Milgard’s warranty rep come out twice. Both times, Milgard determined the windows were not covered under warranty.
Here’s what separates Richard from everyone else: even though the manufacturer wouldn’t cover it, he was convinced there was an issue and stood behind the project. He paid out of his own pocket to replace the windows again — including new windows, stucco removal, drywall repair, and repainting.
That level of integrity is rare.

We first remodeled two bathrooms in 2024 and then just completed an additional two bathrooms last week. These were not basic remodels as we had very specific wants and needs- doorways were widened, walls moved, they needed to cut into the cross tension cables embedded in our cement floor to allow for needed shower work, etc. All work was carefully completed and all stages were permitted by our city.

We selected MAP for backyard improvements and couldn't be any happier with the results. Our needs were for tree removals, a block retaining wall repair (moisture damage through cracked cap), replacement of landscape timbers with a mortarless wall using a custom multi-stone pattern with curves and varying heights of a design that I provided, and replacement of sod with artificial turf. It did take a few tries to get a hold of Miguel Pineda, the owner of the business, but when we did meet, he immediately instilled confidence with his knowledge, his suggestions, and most importantly, his willingness to listen to our desires and concerns.\nThe variety of the tasks were split under two leads, who were both extremely easy to work with. The most complex part of the job was the installation of the mortarless wall, which required real-time modifications to the stone layout due to ground and planter elevation contours, as well as due to an incorrectly manufactured block size that required modification. Further, curved walls need site modification to the blocks to fit, as do the capstones for the wall. I was able to work side by side with the lead without a single issue to refine the design as needed and the result was a wall that meets and exceeds our original expectations.\nWe wanted a specific type of artificial turf, and M***** delivered a product that was even better than what we had found locally on our own. M***** prepped the grounds and subcontracted the turf installation to an individual whose work was excellent.\nEvery aspect of the job was to our complete liking and we would highly recommend MAP for any softscape or hardscape work needed.
I highly recommend this tree company ! :) I called to get my tree root grinded and they came out immediately with a crew of hard working men and did the job. These roots were not done properly by another company and the Olive Tree was growing back out of control. They dug down to the root level and put the grinder to work. Again, if you need any tree work call this company, you won't regret it :):)

I called Joe around 130 PM Thursday for a quote. He arrived within 20 minutes and gave me an excellent fair price. His crew arrived shortly thereafter to prep the area since I had lots of patio furniture and plants that would be directly in the work area and had to be moved. By 730 AM Friday the professional, skilled, and fast crew began removal of a giant 40 ft pine and by noon they were done- and all traces of the tree were gone! They left the area cleaner than when they started and they managed to not damage a single plant. The crew was amazing. They worked in less than ideal landscape conditions filled with plants and uneven ground and had a lot of extra work moving plants and furniture- which I did not expect them to take on the task of moving, but I am so thankful they did. West Coast Tree made a difficult task look seamless. I am very impressed with the quality of their work, the reliability of the crew and the overall experience. Thank you!

So I went ahead with Suboxone and slowly over 6 months titrated weened off the Pills. In place of 3 dissolvable films SUBOXONE.I over came the battle & stopped Opiates due to Doctor David Stark. He spent the time slowly helping me stay positive idd over come by Gods Grace. I did , I’m grateful. I suggest anyone taking over 40 mg daily get below and never above long term. STARK TOLUCA LAKE specialized Doctor in Detox. Pain management. Soboxone works it made me sleep 12 to 15+ hours a day for a long period.That could have been deadly in it self but I couldn’t focus to read. Traded books for Audiobooks. I was not aware of. Now I’m on a minimum dose 1/2 a film from 3 per day. That helps keep the pain at bay. Plus2 Tylenol and 2 Advil combo 2 times a day. The Dementia, Brain Fog, & Memory Loss! Was not from the opiates it’s there still. Hyperbaric Oxygen, some Plant Medicine is hopefully on the sunrise. That’s $25000 a year . Out of pocket. We don’t have that.By chance A Psyciaitrist spoke to me and said . You need NUDEXTA. Ÿȯur Cronic Crying is a result of a change in your hippocampus. Dr.Swamy was very patient in our telephone appointment. It has been a year since the stroke and he described how the two stents he placed were working and what to expect in future. He changed the prescription and continued to insist on our strict diet and exercise plan. He was very involved and open to questions.

Took the pooch for follow up ear evaluation. The doc fixed pooch up with ear gunk and another shot in addition to take home meds. Darn pooch and them ears, yearly infection. Made another appointment to get pooches teeth cleaned as well. Chick Ching you know but pooch is a an expensive friend to have around.
Animal Clinic of the Oaks is exceptional! I am fostering two kittens and needed a local vet. Under the caring and nurturing eye of Dr. Chris Deam and his staff, they did a GREAT JOB with them! They empathized when they saw how restless I was in bottle feeding these little ones when I brought them in the box. They took them to the back and they came back dewormed with just a few drops and with eye ointment for the little runt who couldn't open his eyes. Kitties and momma foster (me!) are extremely happy to have settled and healthy kitties again! Totally affordable and they offer insurance plan pamphlets. Thank you to such a great staff of loving fur baby caretakers and to a great vet who LOVES his patients!

Brought my new rescue pup to see Dr. Milburn after my neighbor told me how great her dog was treated. Have to say I was very happy with the staff and felt welcomed.
Everyone seemed to love my boy Buster and he could not stop wagging his tail. They offered him treats and snacks which he gobbled up. Dr. Milburn was a great doc and took time to answer all my questions. Happy to have found our new vet!
Our 14 year old pup Cashie was seen for issues with his teeth. Everyone - the doctor, vet tech and front office staff - were very informative, friendly and provided great care. They referred us to a cardiologist to determine the best anesthesia medication for our senior dog so Cashie can receive the dental care he needs. We appreciated this so much because this will provide the best outcome for our pup. Previously, our two cats and German Shepherd have also received care at Conejo Valley Vet Clinic - we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
So hreatful for everyone at the clinic for helping us with the little squirrel our dog caught. Thanks to all your help he's is reunited with his family. Now hopefully his squirrel wife will believe where he's been the last 24 hours.
I was going to A2z for 15 yrs and I sure do miss them. It’s a totally new owner & whole new staff. I had a terrible massage with Paris & I paid for a 50 mins massage & got a 30 minute massage. Very disappointing!

Sam is an amazing massage therapist! I was in the area and called last minute, and he was able to fit me in for a one-hour session. From the start, he really listened to my concerns and focused on the exact areas where I was feeling pain and tension. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and skilled at what he does. I’ve been to many massage places over the years, and I can honestly say Sam is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue with Miguel. He was a very good masseuse. The location and the room were both very comfortable and Miguel put me at ease right away. It was a really good massage. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a deep tissue firm. I like firm pressure and I can’t always find it with women!

I know Mariano through my Accupuncturist Becky, his wife. He is such a gifted person with healing hands! I have seen him for massage and cupping which I really loved it! My whole body got melted into the bed when he massaged me. He is gentle plus being respectful, graceful made it very easy for me to receive a massage treatment by a man. I have been going to Oaks Therapy Massage in TO for two years now. The ladies are all professional, efficient and skilled. They ask which degree of pressure you wish and they actually listen and provide it! I love that I can get a very good massage plus the hot stone treatment without having to pay an upgraded fee. Their prices are very reasonable and they always make room if you walk in. I have never once had them take advantage by making my massage shorter than I paid for. I think loyalty is a vastly under-rated quality, so I sincerely appreciate their loyalty card as well; You earn a free massage after 10 massages! Be sure to ask for your card. As there is not a dedicated receptionist to welcome guests, there is a bell in the front door to alert therapists someone has come in. If I were to advise two things it would be that the Bells be downsized to a softer tone Or fewer bells, because it can happen that you are relaxing and now you hear jangling bells and conversation between the new client and the receptionist. If they had a full time receptionist, no bells would be necessary. Although the massage rooms do not have closing doors but rather, curtains, I never felt unsafe in my room, and the table is comfortable, if not luxurious. If you need a thick padded massage table with $400 luxe sheets and massive heating elements to enjoy your massage, then perhaps this lovely place is not for you...perhaps you are better served to visit a high end spa where the prices are extortionate but the bedding more cushy. But if you want to do massage as part of regular health maintenance and not break the bank, and if you want nice people and strong massage...not the barely there massage I have had at other places on occasion, and if you want a safe and clean local establishment that is dependable, this is a great option! And I appreciate that I have them locally. Highly recommend them!

Reaching almost 80, my neck, lower back and knee problems are hard to deal with, yet, besides my addicted PT here, where else would I go? My Specilist doctors all suggest me: surgeries asap! I apparently want to stick to California and Hand, and keep the other doctors away!

I went to Becky when I was pregnant with my 2nd and past 40 weeks due for acupuncture to get labor going. Next morning contractions started! She is warm and welcoming and her space is peaceful and relaxing.

I love Sabrina’s acupuncture treatments. She is a kind human and a very insightful healer. I came to see her years ago (2020, I believe) after I had consumed apple cider vinegar and it had torn up my digestive tract. With the support of my nutritionist and with Sabrina’s knowledge of meridians and acupuncture healing concepts, I was able to recover over several years. I don’t think there was any other way I could have done this.

Dr. Conor was great! I was struggling with debilitating pain and I feel so much better now! I had both acupuncture and cupping and although it hurt it definitely helped. He was also very informative of what I would be feeling over the next couple days so that I knew what to expect.

Mike’s calm demeanor made me feel confident in my driving skills and ready for my test. I passed on my first attempt with only two points lost. I have a license from my home country of Canada, so I do have lots of driving experience, but even so, Mike gave me some good tips to improve my driving. He is extremely knowledgeable on the rules and regulations specific to the California test, and we practiced all the skills that would assessed on my test day in detail. Thank you Mike!
