David H. came to estimate the job. He impressed me with his knowledge and attitude, so I gave him the go-ahead. He had everything needed in his van, tools and materials. His work was meticulous and four hours later my problem was professionally solved, on a Sunday. I'm happy.
David was very knowledgeable and informative regarding our tankless water heater. Not only did he fix the original problem we were having, he also flushed out the water heater; something we THOUGHT another plumber had done a few weeks ago! He tested our 20+ year old regulator and saw that it was not within the safe parameters, so he replaced it quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and we felt very comfortable with everything he was doing. Great job!
My water heater started leaking on a Friday and knew it would be at least Monday before I could get someone out to my home. I looked at 3 other vendors and Payless was the only one that could be here on the weekend. The appointment was for 9 am but they had to cancel and rebook for 2 pm due to an employee calling in sick.David H. was at my house by 2 pm. He was very patient and was able to answer all of our many questions. He’s very knowledgeable and gave us all the various options. We decided to go with the tankless option and he was very thorough with explaining all the details of the installation process including all the gotchas.
