I used the Vons app today for a one hour delivery time frame via the Carlsbad, CA store. After the third-party member picked up the order and did not deliver for almost three hours, I requested a refund for the melted ice cream which I received promptly. I certainly did not expect to see this a couple of hours later: a refund for the entire purchase...thank you Vons for going above and beyond with your customer service!
The doctor took the time to educate me on the importance of annual eye exams. The last eye exam I got was 15 years ago and it was not nearly as thorough as this exam. My prescription had actually changed and so I left with the ability to see better than when I arrived.

We have had the pleasure of working with Swink’s Creations, Carl from the beginning (and during the landscaping), for a project started due to drains being nonfunctional - tree root destruction of them. To create new drains meant redoing landscaping in the front and back yards and redoing the pool tile and plaster (which had not been done in 25 years). Swink’s Creations was professional and performed exactly as they said they would. They provided us with a detailed design of all of the work to be done. They gave us a timeline for the project and completed it early and at the cost quoted. From meeting Carl for the first time, through Blaise overseeing the project, we were treated so well by everyone working at the house. When we had questions, they were answered fully and knowledgeably. The pool tile they helped us pick out is beautiful and the pool looks like new. Our landscaping and lighting are beyond our expectations! We highly recommend Swink’s Creations for anyone looking for any kind of landscape services!

Gophers are a huge problem during the summer. A lot of people are unaware as to how much damage they can cause to your yard. That's why you call Mike @ Gopher Abatement Service. He managed to swing by on Thursday, set down three traps for me, and return the following day to collect his bounty. Caught 2 gophers straight off rip. Amazing guy, amazing work, your quality assured. I can't be happier with his service and his dedication to the craft he's procured since he started. 10/10, would post a caught gopher but this would get taken down!!!!

I hate a severe ant problem for years. It was driving me crazy. I finally decided on a service as nothing I did would get rid of them. I called Robert, and took out the service for every two months. The first time he came, I had a lot of ants. After he sprayed.............gone! There was no ants between that service and 2 months later, but I have kept it up anyway. I have not had one ant since I hired him. Robert is very friendly, pleasant, reliable, efficient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him for any of your pest problems.
Chris with Action Pest control came out to our house today to help us evaluate the best approach to handling some ant trails that have found their way inside after recent rain. He was incredibly professional and kind, talked me through all our options, and provided our first service today! I couldn't have been happier with how things went.
Nate was awesome! During the entire process, he was likable, knew what he was talking about, easy to get ahold of, and was straightforward and honest. We started with a desert landscape when we bought the house. However, that wasn't our style and we wanted to change it a cleaner, more modern look. We also wanted a drought resistant yard that didn't involve cactus or succulents AND to widen the driveway and put a retaining wall in.
Nate and his team were with us every step of the way. We felt like we could communicate any issues we had or ideas and changes. Isreal was especially helpful in picking out plants. He had a great sense of humor and made the process very fun and enjoyable. All plants die under my thumb, so he was great in telling me what I should NOT get as well.
The finished product is beautiful! Four plants did die from shock, but they replaced them without complaint. I would definitely work with them again. Not once did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable during the process. I'm very thankful for their hard work. Especially when it was over 90 degrees and extremely humid!

I found Josue for some long overdue brush clearance after having a hard time getting calls returned by other local landscaping companies. He immediately came out for a quote, made sure we were on the same page about the work needing to be done, and set up a time to have everything completed. I have about 12 oak trees on my property that had just gotten overgrown with dead branches and a massive 4 ft diameter pine tree right next to my house that needed to be removed. Bruce and his team were professional, fair priced, and the hardest working bunch of guys I’ve ever seen. It was a 4 day job and they didn’t quit until I was completely satisfied. Bruce’s expertise and experience was a nice change as he recommended different ways to extend the time between tree trimmings. I definitely will hire Bruce and his team again. I never felt like they were counting the time, but more attentive to whether I was satisfied with their service. I’ve recommended Top Notch to friends and neighbors and all were satisfied.
Like the other reviews, I highly recommend Vero Tree Service. We had a huge ash tree in our front yard. A large branch broke off and fell on our roof. At the same time our home insurer was coming by to inspect the property and would undoubtedly have a problem with branches hanging over the house. We needed a tree company quick. Unfortunately, we hired another contractor who sold us a bill of goods and kept cancelling appointments with excuse after excuse. I finally told them no thanks and hired Vero's. They came over the next day and did an amazing, professional job. Their rate was comparable with other estimates we'd received.

everything was better than I had expected. I was referred by my daughter and her description couldn’t have been more accurate. Mackenzie was perfect as was the Dental Technician whose name has escaped me. The Dr. couldn’t have been better. I was a little disappointed because the frozen yogurt machine was not working and they were out of chocolate covered pretzels. Maybe next time.
From admission and administration, down to the actual dental work, Dr. Yaftaly and her team are absolutely incredible. She details everything she's going to do, makes you feel comfortable, and caught some dental issues that many dentists I'd been to never saw, and fixed them promptly. Suzanne at intake is wonderful and helpful as well. Highly recommend, even if it's a drive out!

After moving back to California I had to find a new dentist, I actually live out in the Coachella Valley but work/stay in the Simi area during the week. I tried a dentist near where I live in Indio, and hated it, so I started looking at places around work and found Elite Dentistry. My first visit was excellent, the entire office staff was warm and welcoming, and Dr Soleimani was very personable and you felt like you were visiting friends and not the dentist. Cleaning and X-rays and exam were easy, was so happy I chose this office. Fast forward a couple months, and I end up chipping a piece of one of my molars. They were able to squeeze me in last minute, and to my surprise they were even able to do work the same day so I didn't need to come back another day. Once again, the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, and even though Dr Soleimani wasn't the dentist who performed my procedure, he still stopped by the room to check on how I was doing. I absolutely would recommend this place!!
I moved a few years back, but Dr Hansen was my dentist since I was maybe 13 years old. She saw me through so many procedures, surgeries and cleanings! She is gentle, kind and an incredible dentist. Everyone in the office is wonderful too. I've seen Dr Tokuyama as well and she is just as amazing. Best dental office in Ventura County by far!

Dr Press helped me with PT for my neck and lumbar chronic pain. His water filled pillow is really helping I highly recommend it. Also recommend his pain spray with MSM & Glucosamine. Cecelia was really great working on my lumbar amazing lady. Dr Li the acupuncturist was extremely beneficial with my sciatica too! Love this place and will be going back paying out of pocket if I have to because it's absolutely worth it for some actual real results...
Dr. Shawn is a very caring doctor. My son was injured during a lacrosse game last night and Dr. Shawn squeezed him into his busy schedule and now my son is in a lot less pain. He has state of the art equipment and a great culture with his awesome staff. I highly recommend this office and will be referring all of my family and friends to Dr Shawn. Dr. Jan is AMAZING! I suffered extreme neck pain and nerve pain down my left arm radiating down to my hand. I had seen several doctors and was told my only resolve was surgery. I had my surgery date set and decided to see if Dr. Jan could help. She was highly recommended. After a few weeks of treatment I cancelled by surgery date. I have been seeing Dr. Jan now for over 7 months. I no longer have nerve pain down my arm and my severe neck pain in gone. I will be honest, I had doubts that anyone could help me and surgery was my only option. I am so happy I was wrong! Dr. Jan is the BEST! She is gentle, she listens and she knows her work. Dr Stirewall is a terrific dr for your fur babies.She has ALWAYS shown concern, consideration and competency for my dogs. I don't know what agenda these three individuals have, but it is not even close to being the truth.

I have had a very positive experience here with Dr. Madrazo. They are very accommodating, staff is excellent, and they do their best to make my big nervous dog very comfortable. I came here because my dog needed vaccinations for a board and train facility and my original vet was so booked, they couldn't accommodate me, so I ended up at Yosemite Pet Hospital because they made it possible for me to get him in right away. I am very grateful to them for always helping me out when I need anything and I don't have to wait months for an appointment.
Great but sad experience. We lost our family pet at no fault to them. They made the experience as pleasant as possible and helped with the process. They were great and even sent a card to us signed by the staff. We had our pet cremated through them also.
Cuts and Cuddles always does an amazing job with my dogs! They groom both Luna and her daughter Nala, and every time they come back looking adorable, clean, and so well cared for. You can tell they truly love what they do. The staff is gentle, patient, and takes their time to make sure everything is perfect. I trust them completely with my fur babies. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been getting our couples massages almost monthly at this studio for the last year, and we cannot recommend them enough. Great Thai style massage; they get deep in the shoulder blades, which is perfect since I do a lot of lifting at work. Across the different masseuses, they are very consistent.
