She made me feel comfortable and informed about getting highlights again. I’ve done the keratin treatment with Stephanie and that has made my hair look fabulous. I use to take an hour doing my hair and now it takes 10 minutes. She is very thorough and I’m always excited to come and get my hair done. “I’ve been to a lot of Equinox locations, and Equinox Westlake Village easily stands out as one of the nicest.

The space is huge, super clean, and beautifully designed. The Earth Bar is great, the staff is genuinely friendly, and the overall vibe feels upscale without being pretentious.

Big bonus: parking is easy and doesn’t require a ticket, which is surprisingly rare for Equinox.

Personally I don’t think you can get better service and care from anybody else in the area. I just got a beautiful relaxing facial with oxygen, extractions, enzyme peel, the works. She uses top of the line products. My friend stopped me and said I was glowing! don’t understand the previous review I think she is mistaken on the location.
