“I was in a meeting and a participant mentioned that my website was not working. I communicated with three different computer experts, and none had any idea what could be causing it. One suggested she could investigate the matter over a 20-minute $150 phone call. I replied that I didn't mind paying this as long as she believed that she could identify and solve the problem. Then she backed away and said that she was not sure.
I worked with Calinetworks in 2023 to make my website ADA compliant so I called Jenny Manocchio to weigh in. She gave two excellent suggestions to call my domain host and then call the website host. She thought that it was highly likely that my credit card was expired or that some plug-in needed to be updated. No charge for this advice.
She was correct. My website host identified a plug-in that needed to be updated, but there were still a few items that had to be fixed that they could not do.
I returned to Jenny to see if Calinetworks could fix things. Well, not only did they fix the bugs and make other updates to the website, they also identified $280 of unnecessary annual fees I have been paying my web host. Ty and Jenny were competent and thorough. I also like their relationship-based approach, and I will be trusting them to maintain my website in great working order.”
