I brought in my husband's suit for a wedding today at 3:00 PM, and even though you finished it on time and texted me twice, I forgot to pick it up. Desperate, I called, texted, and emailed at 9:00 PM last night asking if there was any way I could retrieve it. To my complete surprise, I received a call back at 9:30 PM offering to meet me at the shop so I could get the suit in time for the wedding.
