Dr. Rich is such a caring chiropractor. He doesn't rush thru your appointment and never recommends unnecessary additional visits to " pad the bill". I think he genuinely wants his patients to get back to optimal health. I would totally recommend this office! I've been a patient for more than 10 years!
Very happy with Dr Rich care After 20 years of neck pain I am Very happy with his treatment
I had met Dr Rich through the Pacers running club. When I called on the first Monday of January with totally locked neck (I was holding my head with my hands to stabilize it all), he took me in right away that day. I was doing massively better coming out of his hands in that first session, and was totally fixed 2 sessions later. He appreciated he did not try to manipulate me right away, stepping slowly into the issue. He was focused on finding the root cause, and he did, giving me simple exercises (simple, not easy. I got to sweat a good bit while doing these) to recover fully. He takes the time to explain what he is doing, and how it helps, and he is just the nicest guy to be around. He is an avid cyclist and runner, I warmly recommend him for supporting athletes, as he’ll do what it takes to get you back on the track or the saddle.
