Extremely satisfied!!!!! Fardeen was exceptional from start to finish. By far the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I can't tell you how often we changed our mind and asked for adjustments or made changes in the midst of redoing our flooring and Fardeen handled everything with a smile on his face and would get things done. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend Oaks Flooring. 100-star service!!!!

Very satisfied with our new hardwood floors including the experience from start to finish! Mahmood/Mike bought plenty of samples to our home, and when we narrowed down our top two choices, he brought two boxes of wood for us to lay down and feel out for a few days before making our final selection. During the project, Mahmood and Fardeen stopped by daily to check in on the quality and progress, and kept us informed of next steps. The installer, Jay, was very efficient, professional and detail oriented. On time and on the mark - highly recommend Oak Flooring in Thousand Oaks!
