Jessica has been doing my hair for almost 20 years. She is the only one who cuts my hair perfectly every time. She does a wonderful job with my roots also, and when I leave, I feel beautiful and refreshed! I drive a long way to see her, and it is totally worth the drive.

Butterfly layered haircut to perfection! I found Jessica at Beauty on the Boulevard by accident and I'm glad that I did.
I've been to a few other so-called salons in Westlake Village and they can't even cut hair with layers I've tried each place at least 3 to 4 times and it's awful each time and very very expensive. BOTB Jessica, Let me come in same day after work to look at my hair and give me suggestions and we ended up doing my favorite layered butterfly cut and it came out perfect. There's no other place like this around, Great products great prices nice friendly atmosphere and service! I will be coming here for the rest of my days! 😀
