Richard (the owner) is one of the most responsive and communicative contractors I’ve ever worked with. He answers calls and texts quickly, provides clear updates, and genuinely cares about doing the job right.
We originally hired RGC to replace four brand-new nail-in windows and one slider due to interior water leaks in our townhouse. They completed the work flawlessly and efficiently. Because of how impressed we were, we later hired them to paint our home and replace our water heater — both projects were handled just as professionally.

I just completed an accessibility renovation project with Richard Rabin and his RGC team. To say that I am happy would be an understatement. The professionalism and skill of Richard and his entire crew made the experience pleasant and low stress.
