“I chose this company based on their reviews and especially the part where they work carefully in the home to protect hardwood floors, etc. We had a great experience. I waited too long to write this so I already forgot the name of the cleaner who came but he was great. Carpet and couch were fully cleaned. He was careful not to soak the rug and was careful to ensure there wasn't too much moisture left in the wool rug. We were pleased with the results and have already referred this company to our friends for their carpet cleaning needs.”
