Lloyd's was able to have a service man out to our house within a couple of hours. We had schedule some major sewer pipe repairs with another company and were having seconds thoughts.
Aaron came to give us a free consultation. He patiently and clearly answered our many questions. We decided to have him do a video examination of our pipes. He informed us that we did not need to do the major project that had been recommended. He also gave us a couple of quotes on smaller repairs, but did not push us to decide right away.
Aaron was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. We appreciate his honesty about our situation and that there was no pressure.

I am not sure if Lloyd knows how lucky they are to have Joshua as a member of their team. Joshua went beyond what was requested to complete the job. I had a street hockey ball blocking the drainage that leads to the city storm drain. Joshua was not only able to locate the ball; he was also able to retrieve it clearing the line without further excavation.

I phoned Lloyd’s after my original plumber was unsure how to bypass the leak running under concrete to the other side of the kitchen. He wanted to run the pipe on the outside of the drywall through part of the kitchen. Lloyd’s technicians, without hesitation, found a route completely behind the drywall and completed the task in three hours. This was all started and completed the day I first phoned. Completely satisfied.
