I read prior reviews & started going to Yen for my nails. She's been fabulous at explaining all my options, including gels, acrylics, dips and the like. She is incredibly diligent and detail oriented during the application and fill process and has made a process, that I once frowned upon, quite delightful. Everyone there is friendly, and I appreciate the good energy.

I've been getting my nails done in Newbury Park for 20 years now and have visited all of the nail salons in the area and Q Nails has been the best. Yen and Jackie are always so great. My gel nails stay on longer then any other place I've ever been to, the massage chairs are great and everyone that works there is super nice.

For many years, I wouldn't get a pedicure, because of the embarrassing condition of my toenails.I went with my wife and daughter to Q-Nails, and they were so friendly and understanding and warmly welcomed me to try a pedicure, without judgement. Long story short .. that was over 4 years ago, and I've been a happy and satisfied regular customer ever since! Not only have my toenails improved from my 1st visit, I've truly made great FRIENDS! Always greeted with smiles, laughter, and hugs!
