Very nice salon! Came here after the disaster batch of nails I had from polka dot nails, VN&S Alex helped me with a bio gel fill, cleaned everything up, reshaped and filed the mess I came in with. I walked out of the salon with a beautiful set if nails perfect for a party tonight. Great small talk conversation and all around good vibes. Highly recommended! 🙏thank you, definitely will be back!

I got my nails done here 4 weeks ago, I got bio gel French tip and gel pedicure, and it still looks good 4 Weeks later!!!!! Not only that, the customer service was impeccable, all the employees were friendly, kind, and warm. I will DEFINITELY, 100% ,be coming back here and totally recommend to everyone!!!!

I was so worried about finding my new go-to nail salon after moving to Thousand Oaks from Sawtelle (West Los Angeles)! I tried one other nail salon in town with lackluster results (the gel polish came off within a few days and the nail techs kept pushing more services…), so I wanted to do more research on a good place.

After researching for some time, the best reviews came from this particular location — the next day around noon (Thursday), I decided to call and see if I could walk in, and the gentleman on the phone encouraged me to come on right over!
