Ross was so patient and extremely helpful. Go see him in the Oxnard store for any help you should need. Communication was perfect and I would use him again. This is our second time carpeting the entire house using Flooring 101 - Will use again!
Thank You Flooring 101 & Ross Williams, for your professionalism, quick scheduling and installation process. We are very pleased with the laminate flooring in all three bedrooms. Tony and the installation crew were also easy to work with, kind, and professional. This is our 2nd project in the past four years, and we were grateful to work with Ross again.

Great experience start to finish. We had the challenge of trying to match some existing LVP in the back of the house. Ross was extremely helpful in finding different patterns and supplying samples so we could get the best possible match. We were replacing tile and bamboo. It was a messy job but the installation crew was very efficient and kept things as neat as they possibly could. The end result looks great!
