Excellent experiences with Keressa from Flooring 101 Keressa is very friendly and highly professional, just the right person to work with. Although I worked with several companies before I went to Flooring 101, Keressa's excellent service attracted me to work with her. My HOA has strict regulations on the flooring materials and underlayment, Keressa went extra miles to do the special orders to meet the HOA requirement. During the installation, she was always on top of things despite the many challenges working with HOA of a big building and she handled everything very well. Fantastic experience getting carpet from Flooring 101. Hector in Sales was great to work with and the team was communicative, fast, and prompt. They even came back the next day to fix one little section that wasn't quite straight. Great customer service!

Extremely efficient and pleasant experience!After trying to get some quotes from other companies, I can across Flooring 101 Thousand Oaks and gave them a call. I came into this process with zero expectations/ideas so Keressa suggested I come to the store. After showing her some photos of my rooms, she picked out a few samples that I could bring home to compare. Not only that, but she was able to come out a few hours later to complete measurements as well.
