He is always there whenever we have questions or need help, and his service is fast, professional, and incredibly reasonably priced and would never over charge or say you need something you don’t ! Even beyond that, his honesty and dedication to helping people really stand out.
It’s so nice to support a local family-owned business that genuinely cares about its customers. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and responsive, look no further. We are so grateful for all of his help!“

“Chad was helpful and knowledgable with HVAC systems, knows what parts of my particular AC system was proprietary and what’s not. His tip on adding a soft-start to reduce the kWh demand curve was on point. The only thing I can ding him on was not fully unplugging the black safety switch. You need to pull it out completely, not leave it in there while trying to discharge the capacitor. I had to kill it from the circuit breaker. Chad understood my complaints how modern products continue to infringe on the owner’s right to own, right to repair, how the EPA forces new (slightly flammable) refrigerants every few years to make AC systems more complicated than they need to be, to nudge the consumer onto a subscription model for maintenance in order to satisfy a warranty requirement. Thankfully, the sheep in Patagonia are no longer blind in the winter months. Gone are the days when you need simply replace your filters and clean your evap coils and have a system that lasts 30+ years. Ultimately, it is the owner’s responsibility to keep the HVAC systems clean and maintained. What you gain in electricity savings, you lose in maintenance and repairs. Research is necessary to understand what can and cannot be done alone, and when to reach out to the professionals.“
