The first time we met, and I showed them “the closet” that housed all the modems, routers, and switches that fed the various locations around the house, Sean looked at the embarrassingly messy nest of cables, thought for all of 30 seconds, he pulled one of the cables from one ports on a switch and put it in a different port. Yellow lights turned Green, and he explained why. The rest of the first visit was a lot like that.
