Michael Lin, MD provides excellent and thorough care. The office runs very smoothly with an efficient and friendly process. The entire staff is professional, helpful, and super friendly, greeting patients with a smile. They offer special, caring support through every step, including appointments and referrals for treatments like surgery for skin cancer. Patients report feeling relaxed during visits, with no wait times. The clean office and wonderful, amazing staff ensure a great and pleasing experience, helping to clear spots with no evidence of skin cancer remaining. Patients leave feeling relieved and well-cared for.
Wow! What a great experience I had when going to my annual check up. Nicki was amazing - she was very thorough. Unfortunately for me it was Stage 1 melanoma. Nicki and the office staff was with me every step of the way. They ensured that my appointments and referrals were getting approved. Amazing staff and especially Nicki - could not have done it without her!! Thank you!!

I had my next appointment since my last review with Dr Lin and Taylor. Another wonderful visit. You walk in, greeted with a smile by front desk and Taylor. Never a wait and i was seen for an update of the treatments I had wondering if I would need Moe's surgery. However all spots were cleared up and no evidence of skin cancer. The office is clean and as I stated before, the staff are super friendly. Taylor is professional yet keeps me smiling with her humor. I am relaxed when I come to this office. I wish every doctor office could have a caring staff like this. So I was told I don;t need to come back until 6 months for a check up. I was so relieved they got rid of my skin cancer. Thank you All.
