So bizarre - same type of growth, but on the opposite side of my mustache line. I knew exactly what it was, so I scheduled the official biopsy.

Juana was incredible. For me, the worst part is the lidocaine injection in my upper lip. I made this clear in no uncertain terms. Juana was patient, understanding, empathetic. I arrived 30 minutes ahead of my appointment time and she applied a topical anesthesia to lessen the initial lidocaine effect (which only lasts a few seconds, but seems like an eternity to someone with zero pain tolerance). Gave me a squeeze ball, calmly had me relax, breathe slowly and steadily, close my eyes, and it was done!

I’ll have the results in 1-2 weeks, but I’ll be incredibly surprised if I’m not back here shortly after.“

“Dr. Rahimi is the best! I’ve seen him now over the years especially when I have a blemish emergency, which is of course always right before an important event. Dr. Rahimi is able to fit me into his schedule and I love that he sees me (and not a PA) even for smaller derma-logical needs (which seems to be a rarity these days among doctors).
