We had some fairly major problems with our drains and also need septic system repair work. Conejo Bros did a great job. It took several days and anytime I had a question as in what will be completed today and really anything I'd call Tiago and get a call back within minutes explaining what was being done. I lived in thousand oaks since 1963 and I’ve dealt with quite a few plumbers and drain cleaning services over the years. I hate to say it but there are a lot of dishonest companies out there and they will try and sell you more than you need. Conejo plumbers gave a quote over the phone that was lower than the other quotes I got. They did excellent work, they were on time and finished when they said they would. The owner is very hands on, I highly recommend him!
After we called Conejo Bros. Plumbing for help with two backed-up sink drains in our master bath, they had someone out to our house later that afternoon. Enrique diagnosed and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very cheerful and helpful, explaining what he was doing while he was doing it. We’re very satisfied with Conejo Bros’ service and won’t hesitate to call them again if needed.
