“I can’t say enough good things about Pedro, he’s exactly what you need in a trainer! He’s diligent about checking where you are with your functional movement, challenges you with small steps, and make sure are ready for the next step before progressing. He listens, checks in, but doesn’t judge or shame you for an extra indulgence or two between sessions. He’s knowledgeable, and shares info with you if interested. Go to a couple of sessions with Pedro and you’ll be convinced too!“

“Electrum performance is by far the best gym I've trained at! The coaches on the floor are extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and are there if you have any questions at all regarding form, a potential injury you may need to work around, or just targeting a specific muscle group that can be difficult to target. The workout programs that are given are curated just for you for any and all of your fitness goals/needs! Whether you're a bjj athlete looking to improve your stamina, improve your grip, gain strength, or just someone who wants that strategic and serious workout plan, this is the perfect gym! The atmosphere is extremely positive and the community is delightful to be around. If you train bjj (or if you don't) and are looking for a gym that will focus on your improvement, this is the gym for you“

“The Perfect Workout is exactly what I was looking for. I had heard that the most efficient and effective form of strength training is slow, high intensity training. “Roger is a great trainer.In joining a gym, I look to whether I can maintain my workout routine at a place for a long and get the desired results. The machines don’t matter as much as the mental motivation I need to go to a place in a routine to workout.Roger opens people up and makes his gym a small community where people hang out and workout together. This makes people want to come to the gym to workout. Even if someone’s not in the mood to work out, the community pulls them in.Roger also takes care of diet and makes sure his clients follow discipline in their routine to get the desired results. He pushes you to work out harder. Roger also makes sure his clients are happy and keeps their spirits up to keep consistency in their workouts. He’s one of the best trainers I've worked out with.“

“I had never worked with a personal trainer before and the idea was always very intimidating to me. I have always had struggles with working out and finding a good rhythm of what type of workout worked best for me. After some searching, I decided to give Neely's studio a shot. I was pleasantly surprised at how personable and invested she was in my goals and making sure I didn't have pain when working out. She is such an encouragement when giving guidance and leading me through a workout! She is also incredibly accommodating to differing levels of ability - I have some back pain that can flare up at times and she altered some of my workouts to accommodate what my body needed. Training with her has helped me learn how to properly care for my body and my back on a daily basis as well. I have loved working with her and I highly recommend her if you're looking for a positive and inspirational experience in working out!“

He’s extremely knowledgeable in realistic street self defense and weapons tactics, and explains the science and history behind his teachings.
