Very open and lots of space to do what you need to do. Loved how everything was set up and the staff was able to help me set up a pass for the weekend. A spot you must check out of in the area!
I just started training here. I am new to lifting and Kurt was amazing in teaching me the ropes on my first day. He was patient and willing to work with a newbie. I highly recommend this gym to all those that want begin lifting!
