Not only did he help me on my road to recovery after a total hip replacement, he made it almost fun!! I looked forward to his visits and have missed working with him since I've finished my physical therapy.
My progress working with him surprised me. With his help I was able to do things I was sure I couldn't do yet. He made me want to try harder!
Thank you Davon. You're the best !!“

I came in with persistent shoulder pain that had been bothering me for months, and thanks to her care and expertise, I’m finally able to have movement and get back to working out ?️♀️ . Dr. Emma took the time to really listen, explain what was going on, and create a personalized treatment plan that is working.
The whole staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Every visit felt positive and encouraging, and I always left feeling better than when I came in.
Thank you again!“

3704 Ruffin Rd, San Diego“Extremely amazing practice. I had two injuries and they helped me recover them both. I had some hip issues for a few months, after a month or so of PT I felt comfortable to go back on my long hikes. I also had a lot of shoulder pain and they helped me strengthen and understand how to engage my shoulders better. The PT environment is extraordinarily welcoming and fun. I am always excited to come in!“

And can I add that they’re all so NICE? So nice. Highly recommend a visit for any ache or pain. ⭐️“

(thank you UCSD) Carrie gave me simple yet powerful exercises to improve my posture and strengthen the muscles required. I have never regularly done exercises before. The exercises have limited my pain and given me back the ability to walk 2-3 miles a day. This program is really training for an active lifetime. I highly recommend it.“

She is extremely knowledgeable not only of the body work aspect but on the interrelated aspects impacting pelvic floor health. She is warm in her demeanor, putting me at ease at the very first visit. She is encouraging, with the right blend of patience and persistence to propel my healing. I feel extremely fortunate to have found her and have hope that the work we are doing will improve many aspects of my life. It already has!“

I’ve been seeing him every couple of weeks for over a year now he not only does all the right adjustments to get your body back in alignment, he also gives you tailored exercise exercises so that you can continue to work on your ownbody while at home. I used to throw my neck out every couple of months and go see a chiropractor reactively since I’ve been seeing Dr. Epstein, I haven’t thrown my neck out at all because I’ve been treating preventatively.“

5465 Morehouse Dr #100, San Diego“Dr. Uzi is magical. I hurt my back in the same spot that I hurt it 7 years ago and it took me four months to recover from my herniated disc. This was only my 2nd session with him in one week, and I have 90% mobility in my back. I am so surprised by my quick recovery, but at the same time, he took as long as I needed in sessions to feel better and even offered extra time with the acupuncture needles in my back, as well as healing tape. I was very skeptical because his prices were $20 or more over the normal prices, but now that I have almost completely healed my back in 1 week, I am never going anywhere else. I can now walk my dogs with ease this week, and that’s what makes me happy.“

4490 W Point Loma Blvd, San Diego“Pedro had been working with my son, Austin (11), for over a year, and we couldn’t have been happier with the impact he had. Austin played both flag football and tennis, and Pedro did an outstanding job preparing him to compete at a high level in both sports. Pedro focused on building a strong foundation through proper technique, movement patterns, and athletic education, ensuring Austin learned how to train safely and correctly from a young age. He always emphasized progress over perfection, which was incredibly motivating and confidence-building. Pedro’s positive attitude, deep knowledge of sports science—especially the latest research in youth athletic development—and his ability to explain things in a way kids understood helped Austin become a healthier, stronger, and happier athlete.
Most importantly, Pedro has a fantastic demeanor with kids: they genuinely like him, respect him, and listen to him. Even though we've moved away from San Diego, Pedro went out of his way to research other options to support Austin's continued athletic development. He's a great person and an exceptional trainer. Highly recommend!“

I was so terrified, since this was my first sports injury but the team at ProActive Carmel Valley took me in and were the warmest to me. They helped me on my journey, and now 7 weeks post op I am fully able to do almost everything I was able to do pre injury. My physical therapist Kim made sure I was progressing through my injury at a good pace, and always offered words of encouragement even after I stopped my PT. Shoutout to the entire team: Kim, Arturo, Noah, Lizette, Adviti, Cassandra and Ajiee.“

4206 Sorrento Valley Blvd STE E, San Diego“I had terrible neck and shoulder pain, I've been weight training for multiple years and Brazilian jiujitsu for a few years and I'm always in some sort of pain. To top it off I'm a personal trainer and still couldn't figure it out. I saw a chiropractor and it helped but not as much as what Naomi did. She took the time to assess the problem and get a proper diagnosis. Naomi pinpointed the problem to the upper back and scapular retraction. After the first session I was in immediate relief, and felt more upright with significantly less tension. I highly recommend to this to athletes and non athletes alike, her space has a full set up with access to workout equipment. Naomi confirmed the appointment the day of and before and I left there with a new understanding of how the body works, and it goes to show you that it's all about the basics.“

3959 Ruffin Rd J, San Diego“I did my post-op ACL PT at Rehab United and I’m very glad I did. I worked with Chris, who was honestly awesome to work with. He’s very knowledgeable, attentive, and patient, and answered more questions than anyone reasonably deserves. As a casual CrossFitter, it was really nice to have a PT who understood my type of training and could tailor my exercises to be more specific to what I wanted to get back to. He did a great job of challenging me while also holding me back when needed to protect me from myself.
The aides and the rest of the staff were also incredible — always friendly, helpful, and contributing to the overall good vibe in the clinic. Chris, along with the entire KM staff, created a really warm, positive, and genuinely fun environment, which made the whole process feel way less miserable than expected.“

He created a plan of care that targeted each of my concerns and by the first few sessions I noticed huge difference. Each session built on top of the other and I can now incorporate into my daddy to day workouts. Couldn’t recommend enough! Adrian at the front desk was also great and scheduling and helping with any concerns!“
