“I highly recommend SD Elite PT. I worked with them for work hardening and post-injury recovery. After suffering a serious workplace injury and undergoing surgery, I attended post-op physical therapy elsewhere with little improvement and was beginning to lose hope.

Dr. John, Alyssa, and Luis took the time to guide me through a personalized treatment plan focused on improving mobility, balance, and strength. I was dealing with ongoing discomfort, weakness, numbness, and incontinence, but through their careful instruction and support, I’ve seen significant improvement. She is truly top drawer. In a close contact personal practice such as Physical Therapy it is expected there will be a professional and positive demeanor. Through all of that a patient can tell whether the therapist really cares. There is no question that Dayna is sincere, caring and at all times professional. Her knowledge and skill are without question and her true caring for her patients shines through. I don't want to have another reason to do theraphy but would seek her out if such a need arose again. This is not to minimize the excellence of the rest of the staff at the downtown Water and Sports location. Allie and Avery are also top level. I was so terrified, since this was my first sports injury but the team at ProActive Carmel Valley took me in and were the warmest to me.
