Good workouts with enough variety to see improvements without getting bored. Great community and coaches. Coaches have great expertise and are very supportive for all fitness levels. Lots of alternative exercises if needed. Highly recommend for all body types and mobility levels.
I took my first class at F 45 fitness in Rancho Penasquitos today. I had a great workout, and found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Nice atmosphere and a clean, professional workout environment. I enjoyed my experience, and will be back for more!
