Great gym, no hype, not crowded. Has a chill, community feel to it that is set by Steven the owner. Joe has been training me for 4 months. I've lost 20 lbs and gained muscle. More importantly, my neck and shoulder issues are now mostly gone. Joe really knows how to select or adapt exercises around injuries. He's also a wealth of information about nutrition and supplements if you want to know (he doesn't push it so just ask him). I highly recommend both the gym and Joe as a trainer.
I’ve only been going to landform for a short time, but it’s truly one of my favorite gyms I’ve ever been to. They are so kind there and truly make everyone feel welcome and provide a very judgement free zone. Even though many of the employees there are clearly far along in there fitness journey, they always support you where you are at! Casey and Jose are two great trainers there (provide group training too), and I’m sure the other trainers are too. If you are a beginner like me I’d recommend this gym if you are feeling intimidated or scared to start :)
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GYM. I have going to this gym for the last year and a half and it has been the best one I've been to in San Diego. At first impression, it may look small but it has everything that you may need. 24 hour access along with having access to the machines and racks at any given time. The trainers and staff are very friendly and genuine which it has created such a welcoming environment. There are strength group classes available that I would recommend if you are a beginner.
