4166 Voltaire St, San Diego“The infrared sauna was an absolute treat - having a private session is a step up - there was complete privacy, a shower offered afterwards, and extremely nice staff who made me feel comfortable ahead of the 30 minute sauna session. I have also received massage treatments here before which are also 10/10. Would recommend!“

1612 W Lewis St, San Diego“Morgan M is excellent for flow—her sequencing is well-structured, and her personality is genuinely kind and welcoming. She makes an effort to include everyone, which creates a really positive class environment. She also takes time to connect with students.
Simpson’s restore classes are unique in a good way. He gets you warmed up first, then has you hold poses for longer periods, which helps you really settle in. He also takes time after class to talk, and overall has a very chill, approachable vibe.
Nicole is my favorite instructor, along with Annie Louie and Sabrina. Her restore classes are especially strong—very yin-focused, with longer holds that allow for deeper relaxation. She is also very polite and takes time to connect after class, which I really appreciate.
Lacee also has a strong flow style, and overall these instructors have created welcoming and inclusive class environments in my experience.
On the other hand, my experience with Ella P was not as positive. Based on what I personally observed, she did not come across as very welcoming, and at times her tone toward me felt unnecessarily strong and uncomfortable. She also did not seem as open to interacting with students compared to other instructors.“

11305 Rancho Bernardo Rd Ste 114, San Diego“This is my first week attending several classes here and I am very happy to report how clean, organized, inclusive, and thoughtful FWRD is. I have loved every class and instructor! After a couple years being on a hiatus from facility exercises due to having my baby, they have made it not only easy but enjoyable to get back into the swing of things. Excited to continue my classes here and get my membership soon.! I highly recommend starting off with a one week pass and going as much as you can to get to know all the classes.“

9460 Mira Mesa Blvd Unit P, San Diego“My intro to pilates was at this club and it was the best thing I could have done for my wellness. I am stronger, more flexible, more confident, and have combined it with strength training, and cardio seeing results I was not able to obtain in 15+ years. I am moving out of CA after 4 months at the Mira Mesa club and already looked into a Club Pilates in my next state (and there are several!)l. Club Pilates is where you want to be!“

5010 Cass St, San Diego“I'm very active new to pilates. Powerhouse is clean, organized, and a good price range. I am so happy to have found both studios! I travel for work so the option to do class packs is crucial for me. Other places are outrageous and insist on monthly memberships. Extra plus is both locations are fairly close to home. Instructors are great at cueing and there's a nice vibe amongst participants.“

The studio is always clean. Congratulations for every staff and instructor!“

6338 Riverdale St, San Diego“High-quality, amazing studio! The staff is incredible, dancers always wearing smiles on their faces, and just an overall extraordinary ballet academy! Raul & Cindy are so personable, caring, and talented! Ms. Beatrice is a phenomenal teacher - students & parents love her! Joel's communications are above & beyond - absolutely grateful for the details and humor.
We came to the studio through word of mouth and we had been to the Nutcracker Performance by this academy before - it captured our hearts. Now we see firsthand the beautiful experience and confidence you instill in dancers. Thank you GSBA for your dedication to the arts - you make a difference in our young dancers' lives!
Highly recommend!“

696 State St, San Diego“Two classes with Andrew today and I’m glowing! ?✨ I sweated, I laughed, I had a blast. Andrew is hands down the best way to start or end your day ~ his positive energy is contagious and I always leave stronger, happier, and so proud of myself.
Looking back, I’m beyond grateful I started this journey months ago. Working out has finally become a habit that stuck, and it’s all thanks to Andrew. Somehow, he makes me want to show up, push myself, and become the best version of me.
If you’ve been on the fence, don’t wait ~ just take a class. Life’s too short not to feel this good. ?
@19mostdope Andrew Nayfack - check him out on insta!“

3089 Clairemont Dr Ste B, San Diego“Instructors and most front desk staff are AMAZING!!!! Unfortunately, the general manager Shelby is awful to work with. I submitted my cancellation request as I moved, she confirmed it was canceled and didn’t explicitly tell me I needed to fill out a form; then proceeded to not cancel my membership and charge me another month, refusing to refund me. CA law makes it so you are able to cancel 1 day prior to billing, regardless of what a company’s cancelation policy is.“

610 Del Sol Dr, San Diego“Roshni is an amazing Pilates instructor with exceptional technique and a deep understanding of the body. Her sessions are always well-structured, challenging in the best way, and tailored to what your body truly needs. I noticed real improvements in my strength, posture, and overall body awareness while working with her. She also adds thoughtful recovery elements — like Chinese traditional massage Gua Sha for muscle relaxation — which makes the sessions feel both effective and restorative!??♀️
Roshni has a warm, encouraging energy that makes you feel comfortable and confident, and she pays attention to every detail in your form. Girl, go to her! You won’t regret it. I’m truly grateful for her professionalism, care, and the results I achieved with her guidance. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality Pilates training and genuine body transformation.“
7AM - 7PM
2665 Fifth Ave Ste 102, San Diego“Holy crap! So I’ve been going to Viv Mao’s arms and abs series on Thursday mornings and I’m at the point where I never want to miss one of her classes. I’ve been doing pilates since 2019 and the cues and awareness with her students is something I haven’t gotten from a lot of instructors. I’ve been having trouble with certain muscles I can’t seem to fire up and feeling weak in other areas and by the time I left class I was shaking. I also can’t tell you the last time I left a pilates class shaking. Pilates is supposed to be challenging and work the smaller muscles. Viv’s class MUST be on your radar! I’m not kidding when I tell you it’s the best class I’ve taken in a very long time!!!“
8AM - 7PM
3959 30th St STE 101, San Diego“I’ve been a Pilates enthusiast for over 10 years and have been bless with many good instructors. Recently Tonia substituted at my studio and I have to say she is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. The class flow was perfect and her knowledge of the correct form for the exercises was great. I find myself searching the schedule to find her name so I can take another class with her. Highly recommended.“

904-1 Turquoise St, San Diego“I came to Avanti Pilates almost a year ago. I was an active person prior, but I pinched a nerve and have been out of commission. I had to rebuild my strength. Daniella has been amazing at helping me get back to my abilities. She's patient, encouraging and hyper aware of my body position while I do the exercises. I'm completely comfortable that I'm in good hands and won't hurt myself as I learn Pilates. And I've been able to gain my muscle back. All the while, she's compassionate, friendly, and encouraging. She's the best!“

7434 Jackson Dr Ste B, San Diego“Training is about building a strong body. Assistance Stretching is about building a strong body that lasts! As a personal trainer for over 20 years I understand the importance of mobility and flexibility. Mobility and Flexibility help with range of motion, resilience against injuries, blood flow, better posture, balance, coordination, control and joint stability. Lori’s stretching sessions will change the way your body moves and feels. Her gentle, but strong touch helped my body move effectively through stretches to get to my optimal range of motion and mobility. Lori’s stretching sessions should be added to anyone and everyone’s fitness routine. Lori’s studio provides the best of both worlds. A studio to get strong and stay strong (longevity).
It’s a great feeling to be able to move, it’s a whole different, amazing feeling to move to your full capacity.“

17631 W Bernardo Dr Ste A, San Diego“Been going to 4S Dance for 7 years. My daughters have loved jazz/lyrical, ballet, tap, hip hop, musical theater and Nutcracker. The owners are passionate about what they do, the dance instructors are the best and my girls love it. Their summer camps are incredible (literally they only want to do ones here) and they have pilates for adults with the absolute greatest instructor...I've been going for a year now and love it.“
“This is a great place to do ballet. Alisha and Meghan really know their stuff. I'm very new to dancing and this was my first performance. They were very nice to me, answering every question I had. When I wasn't feeling well and had to leave class early, they didn't fuss. They are very understanding. -Teresa“

“Was visiting San Diego and decided to check out this studio. I’ve never done barre before and it was definitely not what I expected. Within 5 minutes I was already sweating. My instructor was Karli and she walked me through what to expect during the class. She’s a sweet and amazing soul. I would definitely recommend this studio if you’re wanting to try something different“
