“I’ve been coming to Pier to Point for awhile now and I have to say this place is phenomenal ? I started taking the Aerial yoga classes after 3 pinky surgeries, and it helped me immensely with my grip strength and overall recovery! Then since they’ve opened the spa, I’ve been seeing Dawn regularly and I am in LOVE with the results of my skin!? She is so kind and knowledgeable I recommend everyone I know to come here for her services.. I also really enjoy taking the Mat Pilates classes, they give you such a good balance of burn from the workout and release with the roll and release balls. 10/10 establishment!!!♥️“

“This is one of the best private studios and instructors in town! Daniella is just incredible at what she does. One can tell she has studied Pilates, the human body, and movement extensively. She caters each session to your specific needs and requests. You will always walk out of the session feeling stronger and with improved posture. I highly recommend taking sessions with her.“

“I really like coming here because classes are small and the instructors are so kind and make you feel comfortable and confident. They have a smaller room for yoga (not hot as it's open in case it matters to you) and then a fully equipped Pilates studio with reformers and everything. It's down this alley by the Elks lodge; turn in by the gas station or you might think it's the next entrance.“

“I had been fighting plantar fasciitis for over three months and had been to the podiatrist and several physical therapy sessions in addition to wearing over-the-counter orthotic inserts and doing multiple exercises per day. It was getting a bit better but I was still nowhere near my preferred level of exercise. After I went to Dr. Rubanenko and was given specialized exercises and custom orthotics, I made a very quick recovery back to my baseline exercise level. She had me fitted for the custom Foot Leveler orthotics with her special scanning machine and they were worth every penny. I was recommended by a friend who was facing a very similar injury and he was also cured shortly after starting with these custom orthotic inserts.“

“I have been going to Saltwater Sweat Co. for over a year and have truly loved that gym studio. Victoria, the owner, Tabitha, Catherine, and all the other trainers offer a truly personalized work-out while being attentive to each member's needs (the beauty of the smaller class size). I was not familiar with the gravity board workout but have become hooked. It truly is a full body workout each class is completely than the last. After some time you feel like and become family. I can't recommend this place enough.“

“This studio (at State and G) is great and the instructors are amazing!!! They have completely turned around my view towards exercise!!! Specifically, Annie has been incredible as a Pilates expert - her tone is understanding and her words encourage students to try and do their best. In addition, Galina is wonderful - I always enjoy her classes and she, too, brings out the best in me!!! “I took my first ever pilates class (Initiate) with Jennifer and it was an amazing workout (my abs and glutes are definitely going to be sore tomorrow). I'm a yoga regular and have tried a few barre classes in the past, but I've never used a pilates reformer before today. “I got into an accident a few months ago and was recommended to come here for physical therapy by my doctor. It seems like they are pretty well known here since I see patients from all sorts of injuries. They have athletes that come here who hurt them self as well as patients that need physical therapy from accidents. When I first got here they started off with a consultation to see where my pain was and the severity of it. The doctors were very knowledgeable and pinpointed what was wrong with me. He said that the cause of my back aches were from these two lower points on my back that was close to my hips. He passed upon it and showed that there was pain there which I didn't knew was there. He said that it would alleviate the pain with some physical therapy and some cortisone shots. After 3 months of physical therapy and the shots I was pretty much cured. They instructed me to do some exercises once their treatment was done and it really helped. Don't hesitate to come here because they know what they are doing. I wanna thank one the girls that worked on my, she was doing the accupressure part and really did wonders. I think that's the part that help me the most.“

“It is with pure joy to let the world know how fabulous Michele is on every way. There are not enough accolades in my vocabulary to sufficiently describe just how incredible of a person she is. Michele is very knowledgeable about the body and how our muscles affect our movements. She incorporates Pilates and yoga with her workouts and has great equipment and weights to add to the mix. It’s always a thorough workout. She is an encyclopedia of exercises and has the ability to zero-in on the best exercises for my fitness which many times reveals my many weak spots as well!! If I can’t do an exercise, Michele breaks it down or modifies it for me so I can still work that particular area. What I know and what I’ve witnessed is that Michele is committed to improving everyone’s physical fitness no matter what their fitness level or age is. She is very supportive and encouraging, and I am proof that what she teaches works like magic! I have never been in better physical shape. I am so grateful that I have Michele in my life.“

“I am addicted to Pilates! This location is my home base. All the instructors are great. Rochelle is very knowledgeable, Demi is a quick paced instructor, which I love! Hannah is awesome, Laura is super good! I love her classes. For a more slow paced class, choose Roopa. The front desk gal remembers everyone's names, and is always so pleasant and sweet. I usually take evening classes, so m not too sure the names of the morning instructors. Highly recommend this Pilates studio.“

“Yumi is amazing ! She is great at explaining moves to a beginner (like me!) and I went while I was still recovering from an ankle sprain, she showed me different moves that I could do and still keep up with the class.
