She is quite strong and has great working knowledge of the little muscle groups that often get overlooked. I appreciate the warmup and stretching techniques she showed me to continue my healing after the session was over.“

At 71, and having a very active lifestyle, I have well earned aches and pains, arthritis and osteoporosis. Darina has improved my flexibility in 2 treatments through her vast knowledge and exercises for home treatment. I am looking forward to a healthier body with Darina's help. I have hiked on my last 2 birthdays and can now plan on where I shall hike for my 72 birthday! Thanks Darina!“

4166 Voltaire St, San Diego“I’ve been coming to Pier to Point for awhile now and I have to say this place is phenomenal ? I started taking the Aerial yoga classes after 3 pinky surgeries, and it helped me immensely with my grip strength and overall recovery! Then since they’ve opened the spa, I’ve been seeing Dawn regularly and I am in LOVE with the results of my skin!? She is so kind and knowledgeable I recommend everyone I know to come here for her services.. I also really enjoy taking the Mat Pilates classes, they give you such a good balance of burn from the workout and release with the roll and release balls. 10/10 establishment!!!♥️“

Loved how chill and positive Jason was as a yoga instructor. Lisa greeted us at the front and made a great first impression for us of the yoga studio. I love that you can rent a blanket and yoga mat there. Next time I’m in town, I will definitely take another class here/“

696 State St, San Diego“This studio (at State and G) is great and the instructors are amazing!!! They have completely turned around my view towards exercise!!! Specifically, Annie has been incredible as a Pilates expert - her tone is understanding and her words encourage students to try and do their best. In addition, Galina is wonderful - I always enjoy her classes and she, too, brings out the best in me!!! In my opinion, the instructors make all the difference between a mediocre workout and one that is over-the-top encouraging!!! This is what I have found at Beyond Pilates!!! Ann Gladys“

One can tell she has studied Pilates, the human body, and movement extensively. She caters each session to your specific needs and requests. You will always walk out of the session feeling stronger and with improved posture. I highly recommend taking sessions with her.“

1901 Fourth Ave #200, San Diego“I really can’t speak more highly of The Spinal Connection. I found them about 1.5 years ago when I needed active release therapy / sports massage work done. Chris is comparable to my massage therapist back in Baton Rouge who worked on Olympic athletes. He’s so knowledgeable about the muscle groups and takes the time after sessions to show you how they’re all intertwined. Any time my body is really hurting from training, he’s my goto person.I’ve seen each of the massage therapists, all of which have been incredible in their own unique ways. Dr. Ali and Dr. Katie are so welcoming and never forget my name when I walk in. I love this place!“
8:30AM - 12:30PM
3017 Cañon St, San Diego“Yoga Arts is a wonderful place to practice yoga whether you are new to yoga or if you’ve practiced for many years. The instructors are very skilled and also friendly and welcoming. The classes throughout the week are diverse and offer many different options and focuses. The instructors are especially great at helping each person throughout the class whenever someone may need a modification to a pose to make it accessible to them. And if that isn’t enough there is Citrine Spa connected to the studio should you need a massage or other healing treatment. I highly recommend Yoga Arts!“

5010 Cass St, San Diego“I took my first ever pilates class (Initiate) with Jennifer and it was an amazing workout (my abs and glutes are definitely going to be sore tomorrow). I'm a yoga regular and have tried a few barre classes in the past, but I've never used a pilates reformer before today. I highly recommend this class to those wanting to try pilates, and Jennifer's instructions were easy to follow. Can't wait until my next class!“
“This gym goes beyond being a fitness space – it's a sanctuary that feels like a second home. The sense of family among members is heartwarming. For those in search of a superb workout environment with phenomenal coaches who customize sessions to your abilities and aspirations, this is the ultimate destination. Love you gym family!“
“I bought the $8 promo week and was hooked after the first 2 classes. ANGELA is the best. So personable and is great at motivation to get the class done!! I love the open gym Fridays. They take the guess work out of what to do. It's written on the board and there's also a trainer going around demonstrating the moves. This place is great for beginners and also for intermediate gym rats! I love not having to figure out what to do at the gym. And there's parking!! Win win!!“
