I began working with coach Alex back in 2020 before he had opened Electrum Performance. From the beginning - Alex was very knowledgeable and always took time to explain the exercises in my program while being available for any questions. As someone who is not an athlete or does not do Jiu jitsu, he did a great job making all my questions feel welcomed.After he opened his gym Electrum Performance, we had unfortunately moved, but I continued to train through the Electrum Performance App which was so easy to use & very affordable. I started working out at Electrum a month ago. It's the first gym I've stepped foot in in 15 years. I had a lot of anxiety about it, but was pleasantly surprised to find how comfortable the environment was. Alex and Rodrigo are awesome, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! It's amazing to have a customized plan to get me to my goals as well. It's only been 4 weeks and I'm already feeling better, stronger, and more confident with my movement...which was extremely important to me after injuring myself pretty badly a year ago. When making plans for future workouts, I am asked for feedback about exercises I like/don't like, what I feel is working/not working for me etc!...read full review
