The Fit Lab, founded in 2015, provides top-level fitness training, motivation, guidance, and education to adults in the San Diego area. Sean and his team, Molohi, Jonathan, and PJ, who just moved back east, do a great job building a positive, supportive environment and consistently pushing to improve. They clearly guide me through the workouts, actively keep me on track, and help me build confidence each week. I’m really happy with the progress I made in just 12 weeks and would absolutely encourage people to go there.
I started working out here in early April and the experience has been amazing. Sean, PJ, and Malohi have all pushed me, hard, which is what i needed and why i joined. I have lost 21lbs of FAT in 9 weeks and maintained my lean mass. My strength has dramatically improved, deadlifting sets of 235lbs now, where i started at 165 and now able to do pull ups, something i have not been able to do in 20+ years.
At 56, frustrated with the mixed info out there, I signed up for the 12 week program. I was immediately impressed with the positive and encouraging vibe in the gym. The trainers are top notch with an obvious passion for their work. At the 9 week mark, I am down 18 lbs. It was so easy! Just follow the guidelines set in the app and do the work. More important than just the weight loss is the knowledge I have gained during this process: the corrections in my lifting form making the exercises more effective, how to eat properly to fuel my body for the results i want, overall shift in my day to day choices.
