    I have spent many years in the gym and have fallen off the past few years. Mirko kicked my butt. He’s the most knowledgeable guy I’ve met when it comes to knowing how to train someone. He knows exactly how hard to push you. I’d recommend him for anyone whether you’re a beginner or you lift everyday. He kicked my butt. Thank you, Mirko! Will be scheduling with him again.

    Hands down, Mirko is the best trainer I have ever had the chance to be trained by. He truly cares about your goals and finds realistic ways to achieve them. Professional still friendly, he is there to push you the extra mile in order to get the results you want. Other trainers at the same gym (I won't make names) might have similar looks, but he is the one you want to work with if you are looking for someone that is professional, reliable, honest and motivating. I am 49 years old and - under his guidance - I am in the best shape of my life. Look no further and book a session with him! A+
