completed a HIIT cardio class this morning and ticked all boxes of high intensity, sweaty and good vibes. no regrets only feel good and fit afterwards, curtis is a great coach and will push you to your potential! will definitely be back for more classes, thanks BFT
What a great workout class! Came in looking for a morning adrenaline rush, and the expectation was exceeded - Curtis’ motivation and push with a cardio based class was a great way to start the day💪 Community is super welcoming, highly recommended if you’re looking to reach your fitness goals and build community and consistency🔥
Since joining BFT 4 months ago, I've lost 10 pounds. But more importantly for me, at age 50 I've been training in some form my entire life and at times over the years that training can get stale. BFT Little Italy added a bit spice back and the in-class heartrate tracking got me working in cardio zones I have not been pushing myself into for some time while training alone. The challenges and camaraderie (of mutual suffering with your classmates) has reinvigorated my training and rekindled my enjoyment of putting in work.
