I worked with Ciaran and Jack through the entirety of my injury recovery. Ciaran is absolutely the best. I had been dealing with some foot issues for a year and a half. I'd gone to three podiatrists, bought a bunch of shoes, put in insoles, tried all kinds of things, and could not get rid of the pain. After two sessions the pain was gone and he taught me how to prevent it. He also diagnosed the problem within five minutes whereas I had met with many professionals and different physical therapists multiple times and never had an actual diagnosis.
He's the best practitioner I've ever been to. He uses a combination of pressure release, mechanics, massage therapy, physical therapy and whatever is needed to solve each individual person's issues.

Not only did Ciarán heal the initial issue I got recommended to him for, he then upleveled my understanding of what was going on and how things worked and introduced me to a whole new way of taking better care of myself. The initial intensity of repairing the overuse toll from running too much evolved to maintenance and learning each time I had a visit. And to do it all with humor, patience, encouragement and belief in 'it can and will get better' made all the difference in the world. Thank you for believing in me and what else is possible!
