“I suffer from chronic lower back pain (pinched nerve at L4/L5) and needed to strengthen my core and lower body. I decided to train with Anatoliy after reading the overwhelmingly positive yelp reviews. I've been training twice a week for about 5 months and see considerable improvement in my core and lower body strength (about 20-25%). My lower body mobility has improved substantially. I couldn't even squat 2/3 of the way down or do even a single lunge without holding on for support. Now, I can do lunges, squat all the way to the floor and get up using my core strength without any support. A few things I find very helpful: 1) Anatoliy always asks how my back pain level is at the beginning of every session and tailors the workout based on my pain level (usually between a 3 and 4 out of 10)2) He knows how to motivate and push me to my optimum level of performance3) I always leave the sessions feeling great with a sense of accomplishment4) Relief in my lower back pain the next few days even though my lower body muscles are sore in a good way5) Anatoliy's suggestions on improved nutrition, sleep etc.Anatoliy's guidance helped me regain my confidence and reinforced my belief that I can overcome my lower back issues and improve my quality of life. “Bonjour! This gym is legit! My husband and I train here weekly and Davis has been supportive and kick a** through the whole experience. We're young (30s) and what I'd consider "decent" shape/aware of the fitness world haha but he still finds ways to keep things exciting and challenging.
