Fixed the issue with a replacement part for a reasonable cost and clearly explained what caused the system to shutdown. Additionally, when I contacted the office, the agent scheduled a technician immediately and Nolan arrived within an hour. I have always had great service with Big Mountain.“

Shortly thereafter Frank arrived at my home to provide quote for a QuietCool smart-attic fan; extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional!
