Villara is a very professional and well-qualified HVAC and plumbing company, with fair prices and high-quality, knowledge techs. I've always been pleased with their customer service and technicians.
They have a very efficient scheduling system, and communication has been good. They do use an AI agent initially on some calls, which is quite realistic and can handle basic task. This is fine, as long as it allows the real human agent to be more productive, and still keep their jobs. Unfortunately, it doesn't identify itself as an AI agent, which it absolutely should do from the start. Still, it's easy enough to have it hand off the call to a real-life human.
