It was July 4th and the temps warming up. Our AC went out. I have been a Villara customer since we bought our home. I have always found their technicians to be thorough efficient and professional.
The technician this time came out in a timely manner. Went through the entire system, finally narrowed it down to the thermostat. He replaced it and we were back in business. The service charge AND COST FOR THE NEW thermostat was not cheap. But I feel like I received good value for the money.
The fan motor on our AC unit went out just shy of 3 years from installing by Vallara. Unit was repaired within a week including diagnostic review by their technician, ordering replacement motor & installing new motor.
Marccus was the best and most knowledgable HVAC technician that has ever serviced my home .He was very thorough and explained everything in detail . Great job Marccus and thank you Villara !!
