We started using Alpha Mechanical about five years ago. They had been keeping my 21 year old furnace and AC going for as long as possible, but the day finally came. Complete replacement. It took about a week to get the unit we picked installed and we had two of the nicest tech's working on the install, whick took two days. There were zero issues and they even helped fix some long standing issues with the AC location. We have separate AC's for upstairs and downstairs and the previous owners put them in a horrible location, that caused constant overheating during the summer. I have used Alpha Mechanical for many years. I am a real estate professional who often needs a basic system checks for my clients. I rely on their honesty and help quite often. I had actually fixed the problem myself but I didn't know how to finish up the job. Alpha mechanical came in verifed everything was correct on my furnace, reset it and it started working again. The technician was very friendly, helpful and didn't treat me like a total idiot for attempting the job myself. I'm sure I will use their service again.
